- Une fois que votre commande a été expédiée, nous ne pouvons plus offrir de remboursement. Veuillez vérifier attentivement votre commande avant de la finaliser.

Événements et Tournois :
- Pour les événements et tournois, les remboursements ne sont possibles que si la demande est faite au moins 72 heures avant la date de l'événement. Passé ce délai, aucun remboursement ne sera accordé.
Produits Défectueux ou Endommagés
- Si vous recevez un produit défectueux ou endommagé, veuillez nous contacter dans les 48 heures suivant la réception avec des photos claires du produit et de son emballage.
